• You will need: Hydra Liner, a brush, and water
• Optional: before activating the product, scrape the product onto a makeup palette
• Wet the makeup brush with water
• Use the wet brush and mix it into the Hydra Liner
• Mix VERY WELL - if needed, wet the brush again and continue mixing
• Apply the product once a creamy consistency is achieved
• Let the product fully air dry before storing away
